Your StopGo™ option for time-out
Based on our flexible and rapid access to resources, SprintForce
has the pleasure of being able to offer customers an option to stop
or pause a project, with only a 1-day notice. We call it the
StopGo™ option.
It is designed to give you unprecedented flexibility and
control in the management and cost of your IT project.
You may have good reasons for applying the StopGo™ option. Some
of them could be that
- The solution delivered thus far matches your needs
- You need more time for making decisions on the project
- You need more time for creating content for the project
- You face budget constraints
- You need more time for testing the delivered solution
- You need time for collecting user or customer feedback
Pause or full stop?
When you decide to use your StopGo™ option, it may be just for a
pause until development activity can be resumed, but it may also be
a full stop. That is your choice. And we don't
expect you to be sure about that, because we understand that your
needs and priorities change.
A stop for pause may turn into a full stop, and an intended full
stop may turn into a need for refining or adding to the solution,
and thus, a restart of the project.
Support Mode
When you apply StopGo™, we also give you the choice of
subscribing to Support Mode. During Suppport Mode you still have
access to the team that delivered the solution, in order to have
quick reaction to critical issues etc.
And if you resume project activity from Support Mode later on
(the "Go" in StopGo™), we guarantee you access to the same
team that delivered the original solution.
