Thomas Brink Frederiksen joins SprintForce as a Co-Founding Partner of the SprintForce Consult unit. Thomas has extensive experience from project management and consulting in software development projects, but also from sales and general management as well.

As such, Thomas offers deep insights into strategic planning processes, business model logics, organizational changes, process optimization, and communications with and within cross-functional teams, as well as managing software delivery teams. As a SprintForce senior consultant, Thomas is able to support our customers all the way from the creative idea phase to solutions design and planning, through to the actual implementation and delivery of usable software solutions.
